Even if you do not book the AI phone assistant, an AI runs in the background and takes office work off your hands. That is already included in the workshop software plan.

AI email suggestions
Your mailbox is connected to Qunoo. The AI reads along, knows the order context and drafts replies for you. You only have to look them over and send. Saves 1–2 hours of office work a day.
Suggested order status messages
When you set an order to "ready", the AI suggests the matching customer message: "Hello Ms Meier, your coffee machine is ready. Please collect it by Friday — €217."
Full-text search in the knowledge base
A search for "Jura ENA 8 leaks water" immediately finds the right repair guide with photos. Even without the correct spelling.

about the workshop software.

Does Qunoo work on a tablet?
Yes, completely. Qunoo is built as a web app and runs in the browser on any tablet (iPad, Android tablet, Surface). It is optimised specifically for workshop set-ups: barcode scanner using the tablet camera, photos straight from the camera, touch-friendly operation. No extra app needed.
I work with Lexware. Can I use both in parallel?
You write invoices either in Qunoo or in Lexware, not in both. The reason is the invoice number: both programs keep their own counters and know nothing about each other. If you write in both, you end up with two different invoices under the same number — and under German VAT law the number must be unique. That is why you decide once in the settings who assigns the numbers. If you switch to Qunoo, Qunoo continues your existing sequence: RE2937 is followed by RE2938, with no break and no gap. You can still record and post entries in Lexware.
How exactly does the DATEV export work?
In the invoice module there is a "DATEV export" button. You choose a period (e.g. last month) and receive a DATEV-compliant CSV file with all postings — ledger accounts, tax rates and document numbers correctly broken down. You send this file to your tax adviser or import it into DATEV yourself.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You immediately receive a complete export of all data (orders, customers, invoices, photos) as a ZIP file. We keep the data for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it again or reactivate. After 30 days all data is deleted in line with GDPR.
How long does onboarding take?
If you do not import any legacy data: 30 minutes until you can get started. With a legacy data import (Excel with customers, old invoices): 1–2 hours. As part of the founding customer programme, the Plan B team helps with the set-up in person.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Qunoo runs in the browser; all you need is a computer or tablet. If you have a printer, we print invoices and labels through it. If you want a barcode scanner — the tablet camera is entirely sufficient.
Can my staff have different permissions?
Yes. Three roles: the owner sees everything, including revenue and margins. Staff see orders and customers, but not margins (optional). A drop-off partner user sees only their own orders, never prices. More granular settings are also possible.
What does switching from my old software cost?
We import your customer data, your open orders and your latest invoices free of charge. If you have data from an unusual piece of software (e.g. an in-house development), we help with the conversion. For founding customers, Plan B takes care of the whole import.
